At BMWI Shopping, all refurbished iPhones are fully tested, verified, and graded before sale.
📦 Condition & Transparency:
All devices are sold as refurbished (not brand new) and may include:
Minor scratches or signs of use (depending on grade)
Battery health variations
Non-original accessories (if applicable)
👉 By purchasing, the customer acknowledges this condition.
🔁 Return conditions:
Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Device must be in the same condition as delivered
No iCloud account added
No password / Face ID added
No physical damage
❌ Non-returnable cases:
Device used beyond normal testing
iCloud account added
Device locked or modified
New scratches / damage after delivery
Missing accessories or box
🔐 Important usage rule:
👉 The customer is allowed to test the device only
But:
Excessive use = return refused
Personal data added (iCloud) = return refused
🚚 Delivery confirmation:
All deliveries are made with:
OTP / signature confirmation
Delivery proof
💳 Tabby orders:
Orders paid via Tabby follow the same policy.
